Meet the TEAM
RD, M.Sc candidate
I am Karine Séguin, a Montreal-based Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist, founder of enutrition2go, and member of l’Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec (OPDQ).
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from McGill University and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition at University of Montreal. My subject thesis is about factors predictive of long-term weight loss success and failure of overweight and obese patients.
I am passionate about my work, and I am devoted to making you fall in love with healthy living. My goal is to achieve success with each and every one of you and to motivate you towards healthy eating habits. Whether you are a ‘picky’ eater or a big eater, I will make you discover the joys of healthy eating.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling, cooking international food, reading more about nutrition and exercising. I completed the completed the Montreal half-marathon in 2013 with Sabrina.

I am Sabrina D’Amore, a Montreal-based Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist, and member of l’Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec (OPDQ).
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from McGill University and have pursued my studies with the International Olympics Committee, completing a diploma specializing in sports nutrition, where I work with improving athlete’s performance. Being a soccer player and runner myself allows me to engage in an active healthy lifestyle on a regular basis.
I practice what I preach and want to share the passion I have for food, cooking and a healthy lifestyle with you. Whether its weight management, gastro-intestinal disorders, managing chronic disease or prepping for a sports event, I will assist you in successfully managing your health through nutrition.
Keep in mind that there is no miracle diet, but the key is to enjoy a variety of food in moderation.
Dr Jodie Richardson
Jodie Richardson is a clinical psychologist, member of the Order of Psychologists of Québec and founding member and partner at Connecte Montreal Psychology Group. She completed her undergraduate & graduate studies in psychology at McGill University and carried out her PhD research at the Eating Disorders Program of the Douglas Mental Health University Institute. Throughout her various clinical trainings she acquired skills working with clients with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, chronic pain and cardiovascular illness and cultivated an expertise in the psychology of overeating, binge eating and obesity. Jodie uses evidence-based treatments and techniques including cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness. She has given numerous talks to health professionals and organizations on the topics of eating disorders and the relationship between stress and eating.
Dr Lisa Linardatos
Dr. Lisa Linardatos is a clinical psychologist, founding member and partner at Connecte Montreal Psychology Group, and member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. She completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at McGill University in 2012. Lisa began her clinical training at the Eating Disorders Program at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute in 2009, and since then has continued to specialize in eating and weight-related issues. Lisa uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapies to help clients with their weight goals, with an emphasis on developing healthy, sustainable habits, overcoming negative patterns of thinking, and managing difficult emotions. Lisa has provided trainings and supervision for her colleagues in the area of eating disorders, and writes blog posts on various mental health topics, including body image and managing difficult emotions. She also offers treatment for anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, and chronic pain. Lisa’s goal is to foster a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative relationship with her clients, providing them with tools they can use throughout their lives to maximize their well-being.
Dr Tobey Mandel
Dr. Tobey Mandel is a clinical psychologist at Connecte Montreal Psychology Group and a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. Tobey completed her PhD at McGill University, and completed a one-year internship at the Eating Disorders Program at the Douglas Institute. She has helped support individuals in better understanding and shifting their relationship between emotions and eating, and works to provide tools that help individuals make long term changes to their difficulties surrounding eating. Tobey has also specialized in the treatment of sexual and couple difficulties, chronic pain, and mood disorders. She has received training in cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as with acceptance and commitment therapy. In terms of her therapeutic approach, Tobey aims first to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals to better explore and understand their presenting difficulties. She then works to identify which type of approach would best suit each client in order to tailor the therapy to the specific individual or couple. She is open and flexible with her approach, and aims to create a collaborative, warm, and goal oriented therapeutic experience. Over time, Tobey works to help each client develop the tools and understanding necessary for them better manage and overcome their difficulties.
Dr Maeve O’Leary-Barrett
Dr. Maeve O’Leary-Barrett is a clinical psychologist at Connecte Montreal Psychology Group, and member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. She completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at McGill University in 2016. Maeve began her clinical training at the Eating Disorders Program at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute in 2011, and has continued to specialize in eating-related difficulties with adolescents and adults since then. She has also run health-focused weight loss groups based on a lifestyle balance and sustainable habit formation program in collaboration with McGill University and the Comprehensive Health Improvement Program (CHIP) in 2014-2015. Maeve focuses on fostering clients’ unique strengths and values to enable them to make steps towards a healthy lifestyle. Her approach is cognitive behavioural therapy-based, and she integrates mindfulness, acceptance and commitment strategies and compassion-focused therapy principles. She helps clients to understand personal obstacles that they may face, and uses psychological tools to enable them to better manage difficult emotions, thoughts and ways of coping that may interfere with the pursuit of their valued lifestyle.
Stuardo Bonilla Duque
Personal Trainer, B.A. Kinesiology
I am Stuardo Bonilla Duque, a kinesiologist from the University of Quebec in Montreal and I am a member of the Federation of Kinesiologists of Quebec since 2015. I have been working in the field of kinesiology since 2013, but I have gained extensive experience as a coach and elite athlete in the field of soccer for more than 10 years. As a kinesiologist, I have had the opportunity through my internship and professional career to work with athletes and I specialize in weight management, physical, mental and cardiac rehabilitation. My strengths in understanding the biomechanics and my attentiveness to clients are my strengths to help me make you achieve your goals! I speak French, English and Spanish.
